The holiday season is right around the corner, so do what your competition will never think to do. Identify the top 3% of your active customers, as well as the individuals who have referred the most people to you over the past year. Then set aside time to call them during the middle of December. When you have them on the phone, do two things: Wish them a happy holiday, and take the opportunity to thank them for their trust in you. Not only have these people earned that personalized phone call that comes directly from you, but the results you see during the first quarter of next year will be absolutely amazing! So mark your calendar today, and make those calls!
