Bosch has released its 2007 catalog (# 221144) for its 100 percent new water pump program. The 2007 catalog which includes 66 new part numbers, supersedes the 2004 catalog (also # 221144).

The 208-page 100 percent New Water Pumps catalog covers applications for cars, trucks and vans. In addition, it also covers high-performance pumps and marine pumps as well as technical information, installation instructions, a troubleshooting guide, a buyer’s guide, cross-reference and casting number reference.

According to Bosch, its 100 percent new water pumps feature specially-treated heat-tempered bearings and more hardware and studs for easier replacement. The pumps are manufactured with all new OEM-quality components built withstand extremes of heat and cold and can restore a vehicle’s cooling system to proper working order and minimize the risk of premature failure, the company said.

The catalog’s inside front cover provides an illustration of the various parts of a Bosch water pump along with details about their functions. There is also an illustration on the back cover that shows the location of the water pump within a vehicle’s heating and cooling system.
