Atlas Copco USA Continues Long-Standing Partnership With Stewart-Haas Racing

Atlas-Copco-Logo-300x154Atlas Copco USA has announced it will continue its longstanding partnership with Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR), a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team co-owned by three-time Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart and Gene Haas. Atlas Copco began its partnership with SHR in 2007, and is serving as a technical partner during the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season.

“Atlas Copco has enjoyed a longstanding and successful partnership with Stewart-Haas Racing since its beginning,” said Erik Arfalk, vice president communications, Atlas Copco. “We’re also proud to serve as the official compressed air provider of the Stewart-Haas Racing facility, helping to ensure their racecars are ready for the track each week.”

Last season, Atlas Copco provided new compressed air equipment and installed its SMARTLINK monitoring technology into SHR’s state-of-the-art race shop expansion located next to the team’s existing headquarters in Kannapolis, North Carolina. SMARTLINK provides 24/7 remote monitoring of the team’s compressed air system to ensure continuous uptime and peak performance.

“As a technical partner, we ensure that Stewart-Haas Racing’s facilities compressed air equipment is up and running efficiently so compressed air is available whenever it’s needed,” said Arfalk. “We look forward to continuing to support the SHR lineup in the 2015 Sprint Cup Series.”
