Content has been announced for the Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW) Industry Forum and Reception scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 4:30 p.m.-7 p.m. at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. The forum will conclude the first day of education at ASRW 2011, featuring the NACE and CARS events taking place Oct. 5-8, 2011.

The ASRW Industry Forum will feature two concurrent one-hour sessions: “Service Information – Vital to Keeping Cars in Your Bay” for the mechanical industry and “Trends in Collision Repair: A Futurist Discussion” for collision repair professionals; followed by a 30-minute networking break. Two additional concurrent sessions will follow: “The Future of Training Automotive Technicians” for the mechanical industry and “The Changing Climate of Insurance Agreements” for collision repairers. The forum will conclude with an hour-long reception mixer.

“We identified the most relevant topics that have a direct impact on business for this year’s ASRW Industry Forum,” says Ron Pyle, ASA president. “This compelling program and the lively discussion it generates is another key differentiator that sets ASRW apart from other events.”

Tickets for the ASRW Industry Forum are included in the purchase of a Super Pass and are available online for $50 and may be purchased online in the attendee registration systems for NACE and CARS.

The reception is sponsored by Toyota Wholesale Parts.
