BendPak is bringing a whole new breed of rugged to their award-winning line automotive lifts. Owners of BendPak’s new HDS-Series four-post lifts can expect a vastly increased lifespan for most all critical lift components.
Over time, lifting components such as sheaves and cables can tend to stretch, bend and wear throughout the years of normal use. In the past, these parts could end up costing end users hundreds of dollars to replace during typical service life periods, not to mention lost revenue due to unexpected downtime.
That’s why BendPak developed their newest line of four post lifts with massive self-lubricating sheaves, cables and lifting components to keep BendPak lifts working just like new for much, much longer.
According to the BendPak/Ranger website, the BendPak HDS-series features 10-1/2 inch diameter cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes, as well as 2-1/2 inch diameter sheave axles to dramatically improve cable wear and the lifespan of critical components.
Other standard features for all HDS-series BendPak lifts include adjustable non-skid runways, under-runway hydraulic cylinder, enclosed lifting cables, heavy-duty aircraft cables, longer ramps, multi-position safety locks, fully adjustable lock stops in each column and a pneumatic push-button safety release.
